Quotes, promotions, and payment

Requesting a quote through this site does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. We become obliged to do work only once we have given you a written quote and you have accepted it.

They can change or end at any time, they cannot be combined unless we say so in writing, and some projects will not qualify because of size, surface condition, or travel distance. The written quote states what your actual price is and which promotion, if any, was applied.

Deposits, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, and any warranty on the work are set out in the written quote or proposal for your project. We do not take payments on this website, so there are no online checkout or refund terms here.
